During PE lessons, teachers help students develop motor skills and arouse their awareness of healthy living habits. Through the Fitness Enhancement Programme and Physical Fitness Test, students will enhance their fitness and body coordination.
Through participation in Sports Day, inter-class and inter-school competitions, students' team spirit, fair play and good sportsmanship are being promoted. Students' self-image, self-confidence, self-esteem and self-management skills are being enhanced through regular school team training.
Our PE curriculum includes general PE (on land) and swimming (aquatic). All students are required to join the swimming lessons in our own all-weather swimming pool. They will learn the four strokes throughout their six years in TSL.
The school-based curriculum also includes Fencing, Sport Climbing, Juggling, Mini Tennis etc. We let our students try some new sports items from time to time, such as Floor Curling and Spikeball.
