Dismissal Arrangements under Adverse Weather

In order to better facilitate dismissal under adverse weather, notices will be posted on the school website to keep you informed of the school arrangements and/or precautionary actions being taken. Please avoid calling the school for enquiries about dismissal arrangements during adverse weather or when weather warnings are issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Moreover, please note the following arrangements:

 

 

(i) When the Red / Black Rainstorm signal has been issued during school hours
(ii) When Localised Heavy Rain Advisory is issued to Yau Tsim Mong District, the school will assess the impact of the localised heavy rain to determine whether special dismissal arrangements are necessary.

All students should stay in school and continue their lessons until the normal school dismissal time; students will leave school under safe condition.
Parents pick-up team

For P1-P2 students, please pick up your children in CP4.
 

For P3-P6 students, please pick up your children in CP1.
Self-go team

Students have to leave with parents or wait until the red or black rainstorm signal is cancelled. Arrangement are as follows:
 

For P1-P2 students, please come to pick up your children in CP4 and follow teachers’ instructions.
 

For P3-P6 students, please come to pick up your children in CP1 and follow teachers’ instructions.
School bus team

School buses will depart under safe condition and school bus nanny will contact you before the departure of school bus.
If necessary, you may pick up your child(ren) from the school at your own discretion.

 

 

When a typhoon is approaching and the EDB announces school suspension during school hours (after 8:00am)

Parents pick-up team

For P1-P2 students, please pick up your child(ren) in CP4 as soon as possible.
 

For P3-P6 students, please pick up your child(ren) in CP1 as soon as possible.
Self-go team

Students will confirm with parents before leaving school.
School bus team

School buses will leave school as soon as possible and school bus nanny will contact you before the departure of school bus.
